Introduction to a Personalized Nutrient and Supplement Plan
Every person has unique biochemical, genetic, and environmental needs, therefore, most individuals will have unique nutritional requirements. The challenge should be for you to get as many nutrients as possible from unprocessed food with supplements as the bridge when it isn’t “realistic” to select certain food groups. For a simple approach to identifying your personalized nutrient & supplement recommendations, follow the three step approach below. IMPORTANT–if you don’t read these brief instructions carefully, following the flow charts and plan options may be confusing.
- First, adults need to calculate their calcium need prior to clicking on their customized link. Click here for the calcium calculation tool. For children, they need to use the calcium calculation tool and calculate their fiber intake. Click here for fiber calculation tool.
- Second, with this information available, click on one of the Flow Charts that matches your age and gender. Follow each flow chart as indicated. This will lead you to a box with a specific numbered recommendations. Save that number for step 3.
- Third, click on your age and gender Product Recommendation and select the number recommended for you from the previous flow chart. This is your customize supplement recommendation.
- Lastly, you are welcome to utilize this recommendation at any store, yet I highly recommend the high-quality, good-value products that we have carefully selected and are available in our ten years younger store.
